1 cup yogurt
1 package JJ’s Pantry Creamy Curry Dip Mix
1 (12-ounce) bottle JJ’s Pantry Tucson Tikka Masala Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
3 cooked, boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
In a large bowl, combine yogurt and Dip Mix; mix well. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Combine Tikka Masala Sauce and cream in a large saucepan. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. Add cooked chicken, and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with Dip.
