Thai-Style Sticky Wings

  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 (12-ounce) bottle JJ’s Pantry Sonoran Style Salsa (or any salsa you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup JJ’s Pantry Arizona Sunset Sriracha Sauce (or any hot sauce for added heat!)

Put all ingredients in crock pot; cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Garnish with fresh cilantro, scallions, and crushed peanuts.
