- 6 pork loin chops (3/4 in. thick)
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 package JJ’s Pantry Herb & Citrus Rub
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted (optional)
Place pork chops in a plastic resealable bag.
In a bowl, combine juices and Rub. Set aside 1/3 cup marinade for basting, cover and refrigerate. Add remaining marinade to chops seal bag let rest for 1 hour.
Drain. Press one side of chops in nuts. Grill chops, nut crusted side up, for 15-20 minutes, until meat thermometer reads 160°F and juices run clear.
Carefully pour 1/3 cup reserved marinade over chops the last 5 minutes of grilling.
