- 1 package JJ’s Pantry Herb & Citrus Rub
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Combine first four ingredients to make marinade.
Place chicken in shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over chicken turn chicken to coat with marinade. Cover dish and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Grill chicken 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 minutes until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
