Dilly Burgers

  • 1 eggburger
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices bread)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 package JJ’s Pantry Lemon Dill Dip Mix
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Hamburger Buns

Mix egg and milk in a medium bowl. Stir in bread crumbs, onion and Dip Mix. Stir in beef. Shape mixture into 6 burgers, each about 1/2 inch thick.

Grill to desired doneness. Serve on buns. Add sliced cheese and your choice of condiments.

Variation: Burgers can also be broiled in your oven.
