Apricot Mustard Pork Ribs

6 racks pork ribs baby back or spareribs

1 bottle JJ’s Pantry Apricot Mustard

salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Pre-heat your grill/smoker and then smoke-cook the ribs for 1 hour; then brush with Apricot Mustard and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until tender and almost done, 1/2 to 1 hour longer for baby backs, somewhat longer for spare-ribs. Serves 6.

Variation: Use any of JJ’s Pantry Rubs and Seasonings as a dry rub before grilling, then use any of our BBQ and Cooking Sauces, Ketchup or Mustard as a mop sauce for basting during cooking.
